Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Storeshot. By using the app, you agree to them.
The short version. Storeshot is a tool for making store screenshots. The free tier gives you everything except a watermark-free export; Pro removes the watermark. You own what you create. Use it lawfully, and understand it's provided as-is.
1. The service
Storeshot is a web-based studio for designing App Store and Google Play marketing screenshots, including device mockups, multi-device layouts, and batch export. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You can use the editor without an account. To upgrade to Pro, you sign in with an email address or a supported provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Free and Pro tiers
- Free unlocks full resolution, every template, and unlimited projects. Exports made on the free tier carry a small "Made with Storeshot" watermark.
- Pro removes the export watermark and is offered as a recurring subscription.
4. Billing & subscriptions
Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, RevenueCat, using Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the screenshots, images, and designs you create with Storeshot. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content (such as app UI, logos, or imagery) you bring into the app, and that your use complies with the relevant app store guidelines.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Storeshot — including by attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, using it to infringe others' rights, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Storeshot, including its software, design system, branding, and templates, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets beyond using the app as intended.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Storeshot running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Storeshot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Storeshot after a change means you accept the revised terms.
